Equipment Needs
Almost all exercises in the program can be done and will be instructed with body weight. I will typically instruct bodyweight and then instantly go into instructing with free-weights like dumbbells. Its all about the movement pattern and creating proper resistance. If your name is Jack Diesel and can do 15-25 pull ups right now then
you can get away with bodyweight and pull up bar and rings to do everything. That said most would need something to mimic a vertical pull or a row so bands with a very high attachment or a pull up bar and pull up assist bands can work unless you have a gym or cable machine in which case use that.
That said these are nice to have for chasing progress and you don’t NEED these but they make training more fun in my opinion. Most are listed from good, better, best
Stability Ball, Flat Bench, Adjustable bench
Pull up Bar with suspension trainer or Lat pull down machine must mimic vertical pull move and row with resistance
Bands that can loading incrementally (light, medium heavy very, heavy), Freeweights, Adjustable dumbbells and 2″ olympic plates for everything
Mini bands
