What is Online Training?
Online Training is a more efficient and affordable way to have a personal trainer. Through technology you can now walk into the gym or train at home, open the app and get to work on your program. I can see what you do when you do it in real time. You can track your weight, progress photos, and measurements. Programs are updated monthly and include stretches, warmups, balance, strength and conditioning and mobility exercises.
Should I do 1-1 training or online coaching?
If you are new to training having a coach teach you correct form and mechanics of major lifts either in person or virtually 1-1 provides invaluable skills that you can take with you for life. If you feel like you have perfected your form and mechanics already and really just need need motivation, program structure and accountability than online training may be the perfect option.

Online training allows more access to training making it more affordable and available. You can spend less time worrying about scheduling sessions and more time focusing on your goals.
