Try to go slow and use eccentrics this whole month. Everything except the lunges you can go for a steady pace on lunges but to add complexity add a pause or pulse at the bottom. If your toasted by 12 reps and you feel your loosing form stop at 12 and rest. If you feel good at 12 go for 20. The last 3-5 reps should feel very challenging so pick an appropriate weight that gets you there again with good form.
