Ingredients

1 – Banana

3-5 –   Strawberries

1 Tbs –  Peanut butter

1 Cup almond milk

2 scoops your favorite protein powder ( I use a almost two scoops of Trader Joes unsweetened organic pea protein powder and then use other types of protein like whey or hemp to mix it up. I basically do a blend which comes out to ~20-25 Gs of protein powder depending on type/brand)

1/4 tbs Agave just a drop

2 ice cubes

Instructions

First off this can be made with a blender but I highly recommend a magic bullet or a ninja for shakes as it minimizes clean up time.  If noise is a concern consider adding all ingredients and bringing the blender somewhere far from sleeping people for your blend.

Now onto the instructions…

Add all ingredients, blend, drink and enjoy slowly with a water.

Pro tip – Add the milk before the powder so it doesn’t stick to the bottom.
